A clear and beautiful Monday welcomes a very special addition to our family; Ahsan and I adopted an adorable Corgi puppy named Dumbo! Yesterday was spent playing and cuddling with our little 3-month old ball of energy. Although I am wary of wearing my favorite The Row sweater (thanks to little Dumbo’s teething phase), I am going with a soft-sky blue Boglioli long-sleeve polo and trousers from A Mano.
A little bit about Boglioli
From their website: “Tradition and innovation. This is the DNA of the Boglioli Casa Sartoriale: fusing skilled Italian craftsmanship and industrial manufacturing processes with an avant-garde, revolutionary spirit. Tradition and innovation. This is the DNA of the Boglioli Casa Sartoriale: fusing skilled Italian craftsmanship and industrial manufacturing processes with an avant-garde, revolutionary spirit.
The brand mission is to liberate the modern man from the constraints of classic sartorial codes, without ever sacrificing elegance and style.” Walking past their gorgeous location on Bond and Lafayette Street, I have always wanted to own a piece from Boglioli. This polo is the perfect fit, slim and trim in all the right places.
Hosio
Start: 2013
Creator: Roberto Vavassori
From their website: "First of all you must like the knit you make... if you are ready to wear it, then it means also others will. The brand name comes from HOMME (man in French) and OSIO (the birth town of the brand and of its creator). The brand philosophy turns around knit, yarn and natural materials: starting from yarn, Roberto is able to reach a sophisticated and high quality product. HOSIO reshapes the foundations of the current market, conceived as a contamination of distinct segments: refined, sophisticated contemporary-classic, easy-chic and dandy lounge-wear."
